How much does a cleaning cost?
Domestic and deep cleaning start from £23 an hour, and end of tenancy cleaning from £179 for a studio flat. The final price depends on the size of the property and the type of clean. Send your postcode and what you need, or WhatsApp us, and we'll quote you — usually the same weekday. No hidden add-on fees after that.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is DBS-checked, trained and insured before they visit a property. We do not use subcontractors.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No — we bring professional products and equipment. Say if you'd rather we used yours.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area free of charge. For end of tenancy cleans it's 72 hours, so your agent or landlord has time to inspect.
How do I book?
Request a quote online, call, or WhatsApp. We can often do next-day and weekend slots.
Can I get a discount for recurring cleaning?
Yes — weekly, fortnightly and monthly visits are discounted, and we try to send the same cleaner each time.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes — give us as much notice as you can and we'll move it, free of charge.
